GP APPOINTMENTS

All routine appointments have been cancelled.  You are no longer able to book an appointment for a routine matter.  This decision has been taken by the Scottish Government in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak.  We will be calling patients who have appointments already booked.

If you have a non-infection related URGENT MEDICAL ISSUE please contact us directly and you will be phoned back by a member of the medical team to be triaged.

DISTRICT NURSE APPOINTMENTS

The District Nurse team will be in contact with you via telephone to discuss your appointment.

PRESCRIPTIONS

All prescription requests must be made via Practice Website or telephone.  Please DO NOT attempt to put your prescription through the letter box.  When requesting a prescription you must allow at least 72 hrs for collection at the Pharmacy due to the high volume of requests.  Prescriptions will not be given out from the practice.

Our Admin staff have been asked to check if your medication request is due from the date of your last order.

Our telephone lines are extremely busy.  We had an unprecedented number of calls this week asking for general advice.  Please accept our apologies but we are doing our very best to answer as quickly as possible.  We have our Admin Team working incredibly hard throughout the day.
